The Right Touch Painting

I used to think very highly of The Right Touch Paining company. They did a lot of work for me, but my impression of them changed when they sent a rogue employee to my house who stole his way through toolboxes, closets, shelves and more taking anything he wanted all over my house. In addition, he did a terrible job of staining a paneled door - used the wrong gloss and left many, many drips. The worst part is this employee mentioned using acid to clean calcification of my basement walls. I am unsure what he used but he dumped his 5 gallon bucket of wastewater down my outside cement steps taking off the top finish layer of cement, reducing my steps to their rubble base. They are all but destroyed. You can see the path the water took, taking edges off the steps as well. Both owners, Erix and Sarah refused to even look at the damage, saying, "We don't use acid." This employee sure as h*** used acid. He destroyed my basement steps as well as stealing many things from me. Until that time I had felt secure having Right Touch employees in my house because I felt they were honest. I was wrong.
