  | VISTA RIDGE RESIDENCE | Aug 2013 | In 1996, my family and I fell in love with Steamboat Springs and purchased a home that would require significant work to meet our lifestyle needs. We were introduced to Jan Kaminski at Mountain Architecture who conceived a remodel plan that transformed the old house into a comfortable Mountain Home that we enjoy visiting to this day. Over the ensuing years I continued to work with Jan, Ed Becker, and Chancie Keenan on several ground-up projects ranging from quaint to large, luxury single-family homes; high-end duplexes, multifamily townhomes, and lot developments.
