We are fixing our house up to rent. These guys were recommended. What a joke. Do yourselves a favor. Avoid these guys. We're renting our house out for a few years and wanted to make sure it was in perfect shape for the tenants. We needed a granite counter top replaced. Very expensive. Over $3k for a small slab. I thought we'd get top class service as they came recommended but sadly I would not recommend them at all. This has been some of THE worst customer service I've ever encountered. It started over a year ago. First, they take forever to get anyone out, as in weeks, sometimes months. They demoed but left all the old counter rubbish on the floor in the kitchen. I called and asked them to remove it. 2 weeks later they missed the appt. Then we had to wait 3 more weeks for them to come back out.. meanwhile, our tenants moved in. So they, bless 'em had to deal with a non-working kitchen with young kids at home which was not a lot of fun for this family who had to live without a stove or a sink or a dishwasher for a month and we had to compensate them for it. Finally, HRSW put it in. To be fair It looks great. But a year later our tenants tell us that the slab keps popping out and that the gas range keeps dropping down. They found a way to make it work but it less than ideal.It's a safety issue for sure. SO after multiple pohone calls HRSW agree to come out.. "Nope, nothing wrong they say. The stove drops down. A week later they tell our handyman the same thing. They come out, again and again, they tell our agent the same... Nope, no problem. I finally fly out to MI to see inspect the house to get it ready for new tenants and I immediately see that it's shifted an inch from the back wall and that it's not secured down and that they hadn't even finished caulking. They spin me some story about them never doing caulking because someone might need to change the backsplash bla bla.. total BS. They find a way to wedge it back in but it's clear to me that's it's been cut incorrectly. A simple take measure proves this. They just continue to send people out all of who have a different opinion. Now they won't answer our calls or return our messages. We have been nothing but polite and understanding so far. Finally,yesterday I get pissed and someone down there promises to come out and fix it. Last chance to remedy this. They don't show and again don't return the phone calls. Bottom line they effed up and it's a big job to remove half the kitchen to get the slab and then recut it. This also means we are potentially without a counter/dishwasher/sink for a month as they all stand around trying to figure out what the problem is. Unfortunately, I am out of patience. I was out there early August. It's over a month later and 15 phone calls and they have still not figured out a solution. We all make mistakes. I have no issue with that but be warned, these guys will flat out lie to your face rather than admit they effed up. Work with them at your peril If it changes I will remove this review
