SJM HOME IMPROVEMENTS

My motto is " whatever it takes" I am my company and I take pride in the fact that my customers trust me and call me back for all their projects. I have no employees currently because I haven't been able to find labor that understands 80% is not 100%. I started with a few basic tools and the desire to do things better than the most of the people I had worked for over 25 years of learning the trades. What I mean is with integrity and honesty. I am not doing this work to make a lot of money. I do it because I believe in hard work at a fair price and I like to think I give people a simpler and affordable alternative to the companies that only care about profit. I want to help others. I want to help make peoples homes and properties safer, more functionable, more comfortable, more attractive, and more valuable. I believe I help make the world a better place by helping people afford to make home improvements they otherwise couldn't afford to. I am only beggining. I will grow when I can find employees who understand the value of integrity and effort and don't just look at work as a paycheck but as part of who they are.
