Better Roads and Drives

This company paved our driveway for our newly constructed home. They provided a certificate of insurance but we discovered they cancelled the policy just after purchasing it. We were told they would spread a layer of rock and have us drive over it for a couple of weeks before installing the asphalt. However, they installed the asphalt a couple of days after spreading the rock which, I'm told, is the reason for the current state of the driveway. I have attach pictures of their work which as you will see is terrible. After the first week the driveway began to crack and crumble. Their address in Georgia is simply a mail delivery location. They did finally return our call but continue to push out the date that they will repair the driveway. We no longer feel they are experienced enough to repair the driveway. After the initial install we were instructed to write the check to Patrick Burke who went directly to the bank to get cash. The company name is Better Roads and Drives but it's listed as DBA Patrick Burke. When looking for an asphalt company be very aware of this company.
