He installed the gutters and looked great. Had a problem after first heavy rain. He came out two days later and fixed it. But now 3 months later another major problem with a different gutter. Have text plus attached video showing problem. He hasn't acknowledged any of my text. Very disappointing not sure what steps I can take to resolve issue.
