Top to Bottom Home Inspection Service of Stockbridge, Georgia, was started in October of 2000 by Steve Goolsby. Steve worked as a certified home inspector for another company and a local municipality for over 4 years prior to starting his own home inspection company that serves Atlanta, Metro Atlanta and surrounding areas. Growing up in the construction industry, Steve had hands on experience building homes and saw a real need for certified inspectors to have actual construction experience versus just taking a 2 weekend course.
