County Plumber and Rooter

We had a terrible experience with this company terrible. They were the company our 2-10 Home buyers warranty chose to come out and repair our water heater. Once they had received the OK they never reached out to us I had to reach out to them. The timeframe was going to be 8 to 11. I had requested a phone call before they arrived. That did not happen and they showed up at 7:30 AM. I. $75 cash upfront, cash only. There was an unknown female with him and he did not even introduced as to why she was there. He pushed a button on the water heater and the flame came on. He did not check the rest of the water heater or wait to see if that flame would stay on which it did not. There was rust on the The water heater in the back and front was rusted.It should’ve been replaced. I called their company and all they said was oh well it was working when they left a and it didn’t matter if it was one minute or an hour. They have terrible reviews and I would not recommend them to anyone. DO NOT Use this company for any type of service or repairs. The Better Business Bureau and the warranty company have been advised. I would give them zero stars if that was an option.
