APL Property Care & Maintenance

APL refurbished my deck with new railings, replaced rotted deck boards and stairs, then pressure washed and stained it, finishing everything beautifully. I couldn't be more pleased with their work.

APL is great! Mr. Aronson is a perfectionist and his work is impeccable! He is always responsive when I call or email him. I know that he'll reply to me right away, get a quote to me quickly and complete the job within the timeline. I've used APL for a number of jobs in my home and on my grounds. Bob has done spring cleanup, mowing and edge trimming for me. He has repaired, built and painted decking. Recently Bob installed laminate flooring, painted a cathedral ceiling, assembled furniture (dining set, closet and side tables) from IKEA and repaired plumbing that was damaged in the cold. Whether my jobs have been small like hanging pictures or major such as renovating a screen porch, Bob has taken the same care in providing outstanding service at a fair price.
