Syd started this company because he loves the work. He grew up building houses from the ground up with his father, and has since done many building and remodeling projects alone. Syd prefers to work alone so that he knows that the work being done is exactly as it should be, this means that he is the only person the customer deals with: Syd designs the project, writes the contract, performs the work – no confusion between the plans and the outcome, no random laborers stomping though your home. He knows residential building inside and out, front to back, ‘Foundation to Finish.’ He provides the level of quality that the customer wants: “I am a perfectionist, but I understand time-efficiency, so I balance those to suit the customer’s preference.”
