Deck renew | Sep 2017 | This customer had "hits" on their Home Inspection Report when trying to sell their 2nd home in Pine, AZ. One area on the Report with many issues was their rear deck. Since the Trex surface had plenty of life left in it, it was decided to remove and re-use this, after the deck structure/supports had been rebuilt. (AFTER picture coming soon!) | $4k | Pine, AZ
Tuff Shed upgrade | Oct 2016 | Customer's Ranger would not fit inside the Tuff Shed he purchased to use as a garage for it, (door opening was approx. 5" short). Removed 2 front windows, rebuilt & moved "header" inside framed door opening up 10", created 10" add-on to both front doors, and trimmed out front to match. (Customer painted). Also, built 3 foot x 6 foot ramp at front entrance with 2x6 pressure treated lumber. | $900 | Pine, AZ
Outdoor deck renew | Sep 2016 | Customer had wood deck refreshed/sanded & sealed by another company, but also wanted short landscape retaining wall refreshed as well. We caulked cracks (big & small), chipped peeling paint, sanded and painted this 3 course high, 80 foot long block wall. Price above also included repairing sheetrock crack inside house and covering/blocking mouse entrance inside kitchen cabinets. | $300 | Strawberry, AZ
Skylight removal | Aug 2016 | Customer rental manufactured home had a skylight in the kitchen that had been leaking for some time and they were sick of repairing it so they decided it was time to remove it completely. This involved removing the skylight itself from the surface of the roof, reinforcing the opening, and shingle over the area to match as well as possible. Also, included closing up the "hole" left behind in the kitchen ceiling by adding insulation to the void, install sheet rock over it, tape, mud, texture and paint to match. | $550 | Payson, AZ
Home lighting upgrades | Oct 2015 | Customer was looking for additional lighting and to upgrade/retrofit existing 12' to 15' incandescent kitchen ceiling lights to LED's, so 9 fixtures were converted. Added one additional 6" ceiling can light to improve overall light coverage in kitchen on existing switched circuit. Added an additional 3" ceiling light over bar area, on it's own new switch. Added 3 new hanging lights over end of kitchen island at barstools, on a new dimmable switch. Due to the high kitchen ceilings the customer decided to purchase, via the manufacturers website, 18" extensions for the 3 new hanging kitchen island lights. Once they arrived we returned to add the extensions to the lights we previously installed. (See before/after picture). Also, did sheetrock repairs with matching texture and paint, and changed out A/C filters on 15' ceiling. | $1k | Chandler, AZ
Office Move-in Upgrade | Sep 2015 | Business client moved their office to a new location so we installed new "break room" base cabinets (plus the laminate countertop) and wall cabinets. Made sink cutout, installed new stainless steel sink, and assembled "color by numbers" office furniture. | $650 | Chandler, AZ |
