They were hired to clean my carpet - They arrived _ I was at the apt to receive them, they did not ask me anything or told me anything of what they would need or would do. They started cleaning - great. I had contractors on the house holding their check and to be there for anything they needed. Without requested they entered the bathroom and dumped dirt water in a freshly redone bathtub that needed 48 hours to dry. They ruined my bathtub and when i called the Paul - he never assumed any responsibility, just said I am mistaken and his crew is right. Not even an apology I got out of the phone call. DON'T do business with them - hire someone else. 5/2/2018
