Extremely unprofessional. By far the worse company I’ve ever worked for. Made me wait a whole week for a background check after promising me it would only take a day or 2. Then they worked me for four days and on the 5th day they told me they had no more work for me after promising me they had plenty of work to last the whole summer. They take 30 lunch breaks out of your check but will only let you take a break for 10-15 minutes before demanding you get back to work, and if you try to take your whole 30 minutes they will send you home. I worked 4 days with them but they only payed me for 3. When I brought this to their attention we calculated hours and came to the conclusion they paid me 8 hours short, when I go to pick up the rest of my money they hand me a check for $55. $55 for an 8 hour work at $18/hr, that doesn’t add up. When I called John, the owner, he called me a liar and said we didn’t agree it was 8 hours and that I wasn’t getting any more money. I lost easily about a thousand dollars trying to work for this company. After seeing the quality of work they do, the quality of painters they hire, and just the total disorganization and dysfunction of this company, I wouldn’t recommend anyone work for or hire this company.
