I called and a young lady named Michelle answered the phone. She made things real easy. She got my fridges model and scheduled a day for it to be repaired. They came out and fixed it. These guys deserve no less than 5 stars! My washing machine died at the worst time. I have two small children including an infant so a washing machine is a necessity in our home. I called in on Wednesday morning , Denny was on time for our appointment and courteous. He began working on the washing machine immediately and explained what he would do. After finding the culprit, a baby sock, in the drain, he went over his findings and suggestions. This company goes above and beyond for their clients! Five stars for their expert, professional service!
