If you ever decide to get work by this company, make sure you read every line of the warranty and educate yourself on what everything is that voids the warranty. I had a french drain system and sump installed in my house, to the tune of $7k-$8k. During the install, I asked the installers on 3 seperate occasuons about the rust color in my ground water and if it was going to be an issue... all 3 times they said no, won't be an issue at all. for the next 18 monehs after install, I continued to have issues and they came out to resolve. that is until my pump went and they said it was due to iron ochre. Iron ochre was the cause of the rust color in my water and, according to the contract, voids my warranty. They replaced the pump one time, and it lasted 6 months. Now we are being told we basically have no warranty on our system that is less than 2 years old... a system that is supposed to come with a LIFETIME WARRANTY. I understand the contract says it voids it... but being a electronics technician, I had no idea what that rust colored stuff was. that is why I asked them during the install THREE times to make sure it wouldn't be an issue. Which they answered all three times as it wasn't a problem. Of course, I am the type to believe that companies have some integrity, but if you deal with this company make sure you record all of your conversations with them. They basically took 8k from us and sold us something that had it's lifetime warranty voided as soon as they installed it. go with someone else... or record them saying everything so you have something to take to court. I can't, but hopefully you will learn from my mistake.
