This was a small project that consisted of enclosing an area above the fireplace that was originally supposed to house a TV. The area was not being used as originally intended but was a great place to hide a wall safe. The area was enclosed with basic framing and drywall, and after painting, a small safe was installed. When not being used, the safe is disguised by attaching a piece of metal artwork over the safe which is secured using magnets set into the frame.

Involved in the makeover was the addition of 2 new LED lights, 8 recessed lights, ceiling fan, hot water heater enclosure, insulation and Drywall, painting, waterproofing of concrete floors, hanging of cabinets and storage shelves, building new steps, installation of both engineered flooring and carpet, and building of a workbench.

This is just an example of "no job too small". The homeowner previously had a leak under the kitchen sink that caused the area under the sink to bubble up which was unsightly. After measuring and fitting the plywood to fit under the sink and several coats of paint, the area under the kitchen sink now looks better than new. This is a small bathroom remodel that was completed. The house was built in the 50's and the bathroom was all original, including the old vinyl floor and pink bathtub surround. The old surround was falling off the wall because water had rotted the wood behind it. The bathroom was completely gutted except for the bathtub because it was a cast iron tub in good condition. I refinished the tub, installed a new tile surround, installed new flooring, repaired and painted the walls, moved and installed the toilet, and installed new vanity and sink to give the tiny bathroom a new and updated look.

This was a small kitchen remodel that was completed on a budget. The kitchen had the original vinyl flooring and cabinets from the 50's. The kitchen was completely gutted and then new walls, cabinets, wainscoting, backsplash, lighting, appliances, and flooring were installed.
