Shawmerica Heating and Cooling

Purchased a home with a HAC warranty with G.Shaw. . He has been to the house on numerous occasions (more than 5) to "fix" the system...no air, needed Freon, needed a new coil, etc. . . . . . . This is a NEW HVAC system! Mr. Shaw will not return my phone call or text messages. The system is no good, the man does not stand behind his warranty! Do not waste your time or money with this company.

I contacted George regarding installing of a mini-split air conditioning unit the week of August 13th. He explained that he was very busy and could not make it out until Friday the 17th. He did not call to revise, I had to call him when he did not show. he said he would be out on Monday the 20th, again no show and no call. This time, I had to call and call before he finally called me back. He explained that he had some jobs that were really pressing and he would get out by the end of the week. He is now ignoring my phone calls. Juvenile professionalism to say the least. Please save yourself some headache and do not call George as he has been blessed with so much business that he cannot even call a long time customer back and communicate honestly with him. He childishly blocked my cell # and I had to call him from my land lying phone to get him to finally answer and tell me that he would not do my job. Wasted 2 weeks waiting on this guy.

I will tell you 10 stars. They helped us in this July heat. Ac went out and came earlier than expected. Came in told us the problem. No maybes no trying different things told us fixed it and we are back to cooler air with in 15 mins of them turning the ac back on. Helped us with other questions we had. They looked over it with no hesitation. Thank you guys so very much. If ANYTHING else goes wrong they will be our first call!!
