Rivas Remodeling Services

Rivas Remodeling converted a section of my garage to a home gym. The quality of his work was above average. However the quality of his customer service and professionalism was poor at best. Rivas initially required 50% down and 50% after completion. I begrudgingly agreed to these terms after he explained to me that he was a Christian Pastor and therefore trustworthy. Rivas, initially informed me that the project would take no longer than 2 weeks. One month later, after completing 75% of the work, Mr Rivas requested $2000 more to pay his laborers. After almost 2 months, when I began to consistently follow up with Mr Rivas in order to find out when he would complete the project he began avoiding my texts and calls. After constantly following up with Mr Rivas, he finally texted me saying, "i don't feel comfortable working with you. get a new contractor". I suggest that if you use Rivas Remodeling don't pay anything upfront.

Noe & his crew are outstanding. They remolded both my bathrooms and they look like spa's now! Noe is a perfectionist and his tile work proves it.

Beyond a doubt one of the nicest men I have ever met. I went to his church after he completed the work in my house. He came the evening that i called and helped save my house from water damage. The finish and match on the ceiling and the wall is totally unnoticeable (as perfect as it gets). He also put more insulation in attic for me and turned my hot water heater back on for no charge. He cleaned up afterward and needless to say very respectful in every way. Prices are competitive.

Noe & his crew are super- professional, clean & trustworthy! Now is also an excellent carpenter. He really cares about doing a great job & making you happy with the end result.
