Had a new roof put on my rental property because there was a slight sag in the roof. They put on all new shingles but neglected to correct the sag. They didn't tell me they could not fix the sag until they had already put all the shingles on. The sag was the only reason for the new roof. Now my roof is leaking and sagging even worse, it is still under warranty but I can'tell get them to return my calls and 2 numbers I have now are not good numbers. Very, very dissatisfied.
