In 1971, while searching for my first home I recognized the need for quality family homes with high structural integrity and detailed craftsmanship. Knowledge of fine-construction learned from my grandfather, and strong business management skills, led me to start my construction company. Then as now service and quality are first and foremost. I specialized in custom homes, room, additions, garages, remodeling and light commercial projects. The photos shown are a small sampling of some completed projects. I am now focused on additions, finished basements and 55 plus energy efficient homes that save you money. Universal design (aging in place) done while building your new home or addition can save a great deal of money compared to doing a retrofit later. Downsizing can indeed save money but with some well-chosen appointments your home or project can seem like you are moving up!
