He put in a retaining wall, fence, 3 zones of sprinkler, and some sod. It was a big dollar job. Never finished out the fence. Missing rain caps and the posts were cut uneven. A couple of panels were loose. Sprinkler heads weren’t adjusted. I asked since March for the job to be completed. Promises of people coming out. Promises he would come out. 4 months later, I just took care of it. He did a good job on the wall. If you use him, don’t cut the final check until you are 100% sure it is complete and works.
