Ranch Remodel

May 2015

This was an outdated Ranch style house that need to be reconfigured and updated. We worked very closely with a local contractor who handled the demo and reconstruction. We redesigned the space moving the range to the opposite wall of the Kitchen and adding a bank of pantries for ample storage. The cabinetry along the exterior wall was extended to facilitate the range and give the kitchen a larger feel. We used a stainless steel farm sink and topped of the Shaker Cabinetry with quartz tops. The fridge has a finished leg and full depth upper to give it a built in look. The project came out spectacular and the customer was very happy with her new kitchen.

Broken pipe and a brand new kitchen

Feb 2015

The home owners came home to find that a water pipe had broken and flooded the living area of their house. All of the floors and cabinetry had to be replaced. It had a three angled island that took up a lot of space and did little more than proved counter top area. After the floors were done and a shallow wall on the left side of kitchen removed, we went to work redesigning to island and layout.
