We moved to The Villages in late 2000 and after tiring of doing our own lawn care we hired Chad's parents. We've watched him grow into the business and grow the business, successfully. What more do you need to know. We are very pleased, you will be too.

Beware. He came to level part of my yard for a pool and didn't even bring a level. Then he got a level and swore that the area was level. I believed him and put up my pool with 12000 gallons of water and the ground is not level by at least 2" which is extremely close to interfering with my pump flow. I will now have to take my pool down in the fall and pay someone else to do the job right. P.S. He lied about the cost of dirt brought in. He pads costs.

For those who want a quick review: Chad's Lawn Care is an excellent service provider. It begins with Chad Saucier, the owner. He is personable, knowledgeable, and fairly priced. Chad surrounds himself with excellent employees: his office manager, Paula is efficient and well informed, and his crew is exceptional. We highly recommend both his landscaping and lawn care services. For those who want a more in depth review: Chad's totally re-landscaped our yard, removing all of our existing landscaping including tree removal and then adding hard scape, a water feature, and lighting. The quality of the work is impeccable. Chad engaged us in the landscape design and plant choices, but used his expertise to guide us. Adding the water feature was his vision, but he incorporated our ideas. We could not be more pleased with the water fall he created! Most notably is Chad's insistence that the project is not completed until it meets his high standards. Some patience on our part was required to see the completion of every item on our punch list, but all were completed to our total satisfaction. His crew was very respectful of our property as well as our neighbors. Chad's now provides all of our lawn care services. It is obvious that Chad takes great pride in his workmanship and the end product. He treated our project like he was doing it for his own home. Don't be put off by the somewhat unsophisticated plan drawn up by Chad. This is a small business, not a large corporation so he did not have the polished landscape design software that others may have. However, that being said, the advantage is we got to fully participate in the design and plant selection and the whole process was fluid to allow for changes as the project proceeded. My husband and I have built several homes and extensively remodeled others. For anyone who has had such experiences, I am certain that you can relate to the best way that I can provide a recommendation for Chad's Lawn Care is to let you know that we are as pleased at the end of the project as we were excited at the beginning!
