Hattiesburg Remodel | Mar 2014 | I demoed the existing wood deck and existing brick patio area. I hauled debris to landfill, relocated two large existing palms, installed a 150 sq ft paved patio, built a 12x12 playground/swing set area from existing deck materials and filled with wood mulch. I built two 4x12 raised planter boxes from existing deck materials and filled it with sod mix for gardening. I also build raised beds around new paved patio area. | $5k | Hattiesburg, MS
Landscaping in Brandon MS | Feb 2014 | I worked on smaller lot with garden. Project included moving plants, trimming, pruning, irrigation repair, fertilization, etc. I removed cold burn from Ivy and other plants, cut them back in preparation for Spring. I fertilized beds using timed release fertilizer. I sprayed all shrubs and plants with Miracle Grow. I reattached climbing roses to fence and pruned them. I cut back all the mucky grass and edged all the paved borders. I cleaned up the perennials removing ones that weren't wanted, as well as dead and declining azaleas. I pulled and sprayed weeds using pre-emergent and post-emergent tactics and mulched flower beds. For irrigation repair, I converted pop up heads to risers (to extent the projection of the spray), six in total. I also performed gutter leak prevention. | $2k | Brandon, MS

I put an existing pipe from rear downspout underground and filled in low spots in north east corner using topsoil. I ran a pipe from the downspout in the southeast corner and tied it into the drains. I also re-sodded over drainage areas. | $2k | Hattiesburg, MS
