Did firs 2 jobs good however poured cement/patio in the back yard and the water goes back to wards the back door and creates a big puddle since it is down/low in that area of the cement and does not drain as it should to the drain pipe. I contacted Jorge and first he said he was sick with Covid so prayed for him and waited for him to recover so then I contacted again a month and a half later then he said that he will fix it but he was busy and that he may come over the following week but he never came over or called. Now he doesn't even respond. The job was done on 12/23/2021 and still nothing. NOT HAPPY AT ALL AT THIS PONT!!
