ZERO stars for this clown show of a plumbing company!! Came in, DAMAGED electronics, FLOODED the place, and left! The technician came in to check our water heater tank, he left the hose connections open and untightened and turned on the water valve. our garage flooded with water!! FLOODED! THE WHOLE GARAGE FLOODED!!!!!! Water pouring out of the tank everywhere, spraying like a jetstream uncontrollably, like those fire hydrants that burst on the street and dump gallons of water, shooting up feet in the air!!!!!!!!!!!! Our personal effects were ruined, our prized possessions ruined, and our electronics ruined. Our $3000 dollar macbook pro retina display...... COMPLETELY DAMAGED AND NO LONGER WORKING. We called this company several times in the past week, spoke with numerous people, left several messages, asked to speak with the owner..... Absolutely NO call back and NO response from anybody. Nobody wants to take responsibility. Nobody from this company cares. It is their fault for damaging thousands for dollars worth of property. They do not want to be held responsible or answer for their incompetence. They do not even have the courtesy to callback!!!!!!!! They took our money and left us to deal with thousands of dollars of damage. We wish we had never called them in the first place. I will be reporting to the BBB and every reputable source to make sure these people are called out for their bad business. I will also take any and all measures including legal to make sure that I get whatever is owed to me for my damages. WARNING to all future customers: DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY.
