I contacted them for a septic pump out and gave me a $320 price. when he arrived I helped him pull the lids off and said wow you are completely full and is gonna cost between 450 to 600 depending on how much water I sucked up. I was upset and asked him why such a price change he said he didn't thing I was that full so it was gonna cost more. I then told him I had only got a quote from him because I thought it was a reasonable price he then answered me I can leave with out you giving me a dime but I will never come back! He told me that I had a bad drain field pump and was gonna need to pump it anyways and at that time he said Ill do you a deal ill charge you $480 but if I didn't want a receipt he could do it for $440 dollars. I let him know I was upset about the gauging price difference. He was rude and would never recommend him to nobody not professional at all and crooked. Talk about ripping people off!!!
