They are a great company to work with from all aspects. To highlight a few the appointment set up was amazing and flawless, they called and confirmed. The person that showed up was on time and went over every aspect. I will be using this contractor for all my services.

The owner, Dave, has a 'service-to-self' mentality. It seems he can only see the world through a monetary lens. Employees and customers are merely capital to him and 'time is money.' I would suggest working with a different company for your construction project. Perhaps one that maintains a 'service-to-others' business model and seeks to build relationships more than financial gain. Even if that other company has a higher bid, I believe it will be worth working with a business that perceives the world in a better way.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a contractor. Things did NOT go well. Took 7 months to install windows that we were told would be in in 3-4 weeks. Lack of qualified installers. NO communication. Left with an open window hole for weeks. Never trimmed out the window. Never an apology. Very deceitful. Hide behind the, "we have a contract" scare tactic.
