Dockside Plumbing

This company is used with American home sheild. The company refused to service my home, which was not a big deal so I asked them to cancel. The woman on the phone said she would send me a cancellation email. I next received an appointment confirmation and never received a cancellation. When I check American home Sheild Home Warranty they said they are charging me $100 for them to tell me no. I called and the same woman picked up and began screaming at me that I don’t know what the h*ll I am talking about and cursed at me few more times . So I hung up, then they started calling me repeatedly from 3 different numbers. It was very threatening . Stay away!

A Master Plumber and real professional. He replaced a highly rusted out garbage disposal which I thought would be an almost impossible job without cutting it off. A very polite and courteous person that I would call again.

I had a very professional experience this morning with Chris from Dockside Plumbing. Not only was he confident and knowledgeable in his job, he showed me how I can fix the issues myself in the future. keep up the good job! Ms. Hall
