Shales Design Services

Shales Design Services is primarily operated by Stephen D. Shales with a team of partners who consist of architects, designers, contractors and draftsmen. Stephen has over 20 years of experience in the residential and commercial industry and owner of Shales Design Services for 8 years. Stephen is not an architect but works with individuals to lower the costs of many projects that would require an architecturally seal. (Most residential projects do not require this level of expense or expertise.) Please note, I am not a design/builder firm, simply a design company. If you are looking for a builder please give me a call for recommendations. (Porch would not allow me to select "designer" as an option.)
