The Service Tech came on 1/2/20 to fix my tenant’s oven that did not heat up. Well I called him back on 2/25/20 left a message at 4:15pm, called again in the morning and Don happened to answer the phone and stated “Oh yea, you left a message about your oven. The ignition should not have gone out that fast but let me know when I could come out.” I called him back to state what time he could come out on 2/26/20 then he stated text me the address. I texted him the address and Don still has not shown up and its 2/28/20. I call several times and 1st ring goes to voice mail. It was a 60-90 warranty and I would like a refund and a phone call. What type of business does not return phone calls? I called someone else who confirmed that ignition was never replaced or the tech before put in a bad ignition. Refund- go else.

Sent to H&N International Enterprise (appliance repair owner Don): Where is the Kim ******** refund you offered this morning of $159.82? You offered the refund after I accepted your admission of having no answer to remedy the same original issue for her Whirlpool refrigerator and it's self defrost failure! And only after your 3 in house failed attempts to repair what you diagnosed over the course of 3 weeks beginning Monday 8/19/19 through today 9/9/19. Days passed between my bringing it to your attention on the 2 following occasions after original claim of repair on 8/21/19. Each recurring time having to contact you over again after having not heard back from you days later... The refund of $159.82 paid to you in good faith for services claimed by you and rendered by Kim ******** is absolutely in order and expected immediately.

Wish I had read the reviews. "Don" came, diagnosed problem with dryer, requested funds for the parts, which I gave him, but haven't seen him since, despite calling him several times. Lesson learned: Do not upfront money for a job not done.

I have dryer that isn't working. I contacted H&N & they sent a man by the name of Don to repair my dryer. He accepted my payment for parts needed but never returned for the repair.
