Jim accepted a project for creating a new bath and a redo on an old one. He said it would take 4-6 weeks. At the end of the 14th week we fired him. Reasons: some days didn't show up, sometimes two or three day, picked up supplies on work time, lied about supplies not coming, even though we had given him the money. Found out supplies had been there for weeks, He had spent the money for them somewhere else. Left a kid to do work that had little training. Used primer instead of ceiling paint on ceilings, All and all it was a mess. Jim is a very personable and creative guy. His plans were great, however, he cannot run a business.
