Avoid at all costs! He installed a brand new air conditioner at our property which has not worked correctly from day 1. He has been asked (frankly begged) repeatedly to come back and fix the issue and has promised many times to come (requiring us to take time off from work to meet him) and never showed. Other contractors had to be called in to fix his work and noted that he never replaced the coil to the unit as he claimed in his bill of sale. Shoddy work and disreputable. Takes your money and then ignores you.
