Woke up one morning and A/C was not working. Called Woody's and had Mark out same day. He was experienced, prompt, professional and even pleasantly demeanored. Replaced my blower motor, and left work area as clean as it was when he got there. This family of 4 was, and sill are, extremely gratefull, THANK YOU MARK AND WOODYS!! Will definitely recommend this gentleman and company to anyone who needs their A/C fixed properly the first time. A+++!!!!

My A/C compressor fan was not working and I was waiting for a service appointment when I got call from Woody's (Karen) responding to my repair service search. She sounded nice on the phone that i was compelled to write down her info just in case. True enough I was not happy with the first responder. I called Woody's and left a message. Not long after (<1min), Mark called back and we talked about the problem - we had a short but good pre-engagement chat. Next thing I know, Mark was at my door ready solve my problem. He was done in no time even with my constant yapping while he worked. Professional with personality is what he is. I definitely am very happy with the experience and ecstatic on how he fixed my A/C problem. I had a burnt comp wires that the first responder (Atlas) suggested a whole unit replacement. Mark saw it differently and replaced the capacitor - no new unit needed. Woody's Service LLC is a team of good people. They are a service of integrity and wish them success. I noticed I had an issue with my home AC unit at 8pm on a Friday. I called Woodys- and had a technician out at 9am the next morning that fixed my problem. Prompt, responsive, and reasonable prices. Would recommend.

Technician was knowledgeable, personable, and prompt, with reasonable pricing. The company is professional and courteous. I would recommend to anyone and everyone!
