I had evergreen electric gates installing me a new electric driveway gate with LiftMaster operators, The gate looks amazing! And they stand behind all of they promises, I would definitely recommend them, Best gates company in Washington

THIS IS LITERALLY THE WORST COMPANY EVER!! STAY AWAY!!! We got a quote from Jack (the owner/project manager) and it went very well. He seemed knowledgeable. Things started out good. We had to reschedule a couple times due to the electrical company getting the wrong parts for the meter. Jack was understanding and flexible with us. Even though it was out of our control. Once the meter was in was when the the problems started. He would tell me his guys will be out and no one would show up. When I would message him he wouldnâ t respond. We were very understanding. All he had to say was that something came up and they couldnâ t make it. There was no communication until I had to keep messaging and calling. It was excise after another. Jack is a nice guy but we could tell he was over his head. My husband has been doing construction for 15 years and he said heâ s never seen anything like this. The professionalism is HORRIBLE!! I really wish we never went with this company. Jack had another gate company assist then. Coincidentally it was our first quote company. Man I wish we went with them! The company was called AC Customs Gate. Carlos was out there assisting with his guys and it was a breath of fresh air. They got the gate working and the next day the fire department had to come out to inspect the Knox box. The fire department failed us. I immediately called and texted Jack and of course no response and that was on Feb 12,2021. We spent 18,000 dollars and we are still waiting to get checked off. The fire department keeps calling to come inspect but I canâ t get in touch with the Jack. If thereâ s an emergency and no one can get it. Jack and his company will be liable. Itâ s now March 6, and still no response from Jack!! I will be including pic of the text to prove he doesnâ t respond to my messages about the gate acting up and the fire department failing us. I really hope this save other people from dealing with this company. We tired to really help a small family business and it back fired on us.
