I have used Thomas Hudson, Mr. History for the past 5 years on 3 different rental properties. He is my Go To Guy. He always makes time for my needs, and squeezes me in even after 9 pm sometimes. Can't find a better value in the Tacoma/Pierce County area for any kind of contractor issues.
