Ramo's Lawn Service

I contacted Felipe of Ramos Lawn Service after viewing Craigslist on 2-12-18. He consented to mow my lawn and after I texted photos he quoted $60 for the job. He agreed to work 2-27-18. I texted the location of the money in my gated backyard. I work an 11 hour day and returned to find the money gone. Ramos texted at 5:13 pm on 2-27-18 that his mower was broken and he didn’t do the job. At 8:30pm I replied that it was wrong to take the money and not work. He denied taking the money and said he would do the job 2-28-18 but I would pay again. I stated that only he knew where the money was and I would file a police report. He attacked me in texts until I blocked him 30 minutes later. Beware

Rude and unprofessional - left us waiting for two hours without contacting us. We tried to contact him to find out if he was lost 30 min and 45 min after the appointment time. When they didn't respond after another hour we told them we would be looking for services elsewhere and please do not bother to come by - that is when the rude and disrespectful texts began. Felipe informed us that he couldn't reach us because his phone was broken and he responded to our text that he didn't have our number - ironic as he had responded to our final text message - and started texting multiple messages about how he didn't want our drama in his business and to take Business elsewhere - he continued to text multiple times this kind of message - it is no surprise he didn't have the time to make his appointment if he feels it is necessary to harass people who have decided to take their business elsewhere.
