Welcome to Puget Sound Locksmith's (Tacoma) location. Our shop is located right behind the Tacoma Mall just up the street from the Post Office. We are family owned and operated since 2001. We are real local locksmiths, not those out of state scam companies that have been giving locksmith's a bad name over the last few years. ALL I CAN SAY IS THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!! We have a Chevy Cobalt and only ONE key... yup only one... Well that key was lost last night. Hubby goes to leave for work & couldn't. Yup we looked all over must have broken off ring. Well, in panic we start calling around. My call was answered quickly. I didn't need to have a call back with a price. The gentleman was a human not a recording... AMAZING!!! I MEAN AMAZING!!! Customer service from start to finish. Was there ON TIME. The PRICE was GREAT!!! I will let anyone I know that needs ANY services they offer to go STRAIGHT TO THEM... My Husband is a mechanic/assistant manager so he will spread the word as well. AGAIN THANK YOU FROM THE MERKLE FAMILY!!!

I hired them to replace my mailbox lock after I had purchased my new home. They were able to come out the same day, and had the service completed fast! Friendly service tech and fair pricing. I would highly recommend.
