I am a cerified mold inspector and tester my certifications are in residential as well as commercial I have been in construction for 38 yrs I have been inspecting homes and businesses for over 15 We will give you an unbiased quality inspection and will offer solutions to the issue or issues that are occurring within you building I personally have been trained in mold inspection I have went to the Indoor Air Quality University and graduated . I also have been trained by environmental Solutions Association I have several certifications IAUQ-1 and IAUQ-2 I also have taken the National Home inspectors courses and exams I will not be destructive as I use non destructive equipment I will do wall samples /Slide samples /Swab samples / Bulk and limited air samples I am licensed bonded and insured I am very personable and friendly and will walk you through the process I have a very descriptive report with picture and use a local lab My reports are very easy to read and understand I will go over any questions you might have I can also recommend quality mold companies to take care of issues
