Northwest plumbing connection Inc., I accidentally posted halfway through my review. To continue, Seven Plumbing issues over the last 15 months, one handyman and two plumbing companies and then Northwest Plumbing Connection. The first difference was the pleasant young lady who actually called me to set up a 2-hour appointment window for my convenience not the landlords. Second, the plumber actually showed up when exactly at the beginning of the two hour window. Diagnosed my plumbing issue professionally pleasantly and within 30 minutes. Parts were needed this Friday and with there being only 15 minutes to the supply stores closing he had to come back Monday, but again he arrived exactly at the time he said he would he had all the tools all the parts and replaced a bathroom faucet and a bathtub diverter and was gone in under 40 minutes. Ruben from Northwest Plumbing Connection was prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and swift. Compared to the handyman who took 4 days to arrive and 4 days to fix a burst pipe and then left the sheetrock behind the toilet with black mold on it, and no paint, and Richard's Plumbing who spent 4 days and over 10 service hours to put in a 38 gallon hot water tank that's three-feet-tall under the corner of my kitchen cabinets using a 6- foot pry bar to lift my countertops enough to fasten the brass elbow joints for the hoses and my new hot water tank as a fulcrum. Then completely broke my bathroom sink by clogging it with flush debris which Reuben at Northwest had to come and fix. Bottom line is I've seen it all and I would never use another plumbing company besides Northwest Plumbing Connection Inc. ever again.
