Excellent customer service from David & his wife. They ran diagnostics on my washer & made suggestions to me to correct my problem with a new high efficiency front loader. I was using to much detergent only needed 2 tbsp. & fill washer tub about half full of dry dirty clothes. I would highly recommend them for any appliance repair.
