Steam-Pro Of Tallahassee

I set up an appointment for Steam-Pro to do their "Deep Steam" clean for my living room. They called the day before to confirm my appointment, and reaffirmed the arrival time to be between 9 and 10 am Saturday morning. I cleared my entire living room, putting everything on my back porch. I waited until 10:30 before I tried to call and see where the crew was, and got an automated message saying their business hours are Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm. I figured I would wait a little longer, thinking the crew might have been held up at earlier appointments. At 11:30, I tried to call again, since they advertise 24/7 emergency services. Again, no answer. I left a message saying no one had showed up yet, thinking that I would receive a return call and possibly an apology Monday morning, and received neither. I even tried to use the email link for "rob@steamprotallahasseecom" I found on their site, and that didn't even work. At noon I called another local company, Extreme Carpet Care; they were at my house by 1:30 and were finished by 2. I had my entire living room empty, and it was supposed to rain the next day. I had to get my carpet clean so I could get all my stuff back inside. I just tried to call again (Thursday), to follow up and maybe see what happened, and again got no answer. I left another message. At this point all I am asking for is at least an acknowledgement that they messed up. They don't have an official Facebook page and there's nowhere on Google to leave a review, either.
