A completely custom kitchen from the ground up. Our client was unhappy with the size and dated nonfunctional kitchen they had. They wanted to relocate the kitchen to gain space and turn the old kitchen into a new formal dining area. They also wanted to open the new dining area and kitchen up into the living space and tie it all together. All the kitchen cabinetry was designed and built on site. We have performed every bit of the work. No outside contractors or trades man were needed. We rewired the electrical, ran all new plumbing, and gas lines. We raised all the flooring to match the same level and insulated it while were at it. We have framed in new walkways, and windows. Re-framed a new entrance way with a new formal front door and relocated existing windows. We laid new industrial strength Pergo flooring throughout the living, kitchen, and dining space, to give the entire area a seamless flow from space to space. Id The dining room, the old kitchen, We demoed all the old horsehair plaster and installed all new drywall on the walls and ceiling. We covered the walls with wallpaper except for the top nine inches of the wall where we made a custom molding/light bar bordering the wall paper to give the room an accent light feeling. In the ceiling, we installed new recessed lighting. Our client purchased all the materials themselves, and we provided all the labor.

Full bathroom renovation. We completely removed everything from the the bathroom, including drywall, where necessary, bulkhead over the shower, vanity, toilet, window, and the floor down to the sub floor. We replaced some rotten wood around the toilet drain as well. We installed all new plumbing, and replaced all electrical that need to be replaced. We replaced and repaired the drywall. A new tile floor, and tiled the bath surround, and around the vanity. A new vanity, mirror, and light bar was installed along with new paint. a New high deficiency tub was installed to replace the old non-efficient dated one. We installed new baseboard, and casing around the door and new window.
