| Plank house gutting/framing | May 2014 | This is a local project that consisted of gutting the whole house. After the house was gutted it was determine that the house structure should be framed out with 2x6's and than sheeted with 5/8 inch zip board for insulation purposes. New Windows and doors were installed. A new front porch was built with composite decking. Finally a new porch roof was built and Timberline shingles were installed. An old cedar shake roof was pulled off under existing shingles. New plywood was installed throughout the roof a Liberty self adhered flat roof was installed and Timberline Shingles were installed. | $30k | Tamaqua, PA |
