Be aware of this company if you can even call it a company. I would call it FRAUD. The guy came over and charged me $75 for instalation claiming that the part needs to be ordered and it will take 7 to 14 business days to arrive and be installed. He gave me a price of $95 for the part even though I showed him the same part on sears parts site for less than 1/2 the price. I decided to still go with their supplier so I keep it all with one company. It’s is over 2 months that I have been chasing them and all I got until last Friday is that the part is in transit. How can it be in transit for over 8 weeks is beyond me. Last Friday I get a call from the wife (with kids creaming in the background) of the installer claiming that they could not get the part and they can’t do anything about it. I asked to be refunded the labor costs but she refused to do it. When i mentioned to her that i will need to leave a review that would describe the situation, she said she did not care. Do yourself a favor and stay away of this fraudulent company.
