Sherwood Residence | Dec 2015 | This beautiful home in Delray Beach was crafted by Seagate Construction Group. For this project we provided the cabinetry and installation. The cabinetry is Woodland Cabinetry using the Taylor door. For the perimeter the customer chose a River Rock opaque enamel finish on Maple wood. The island is a Heather wash stain on Cherry to provide a nice texture and color contrast. | $47k | Delray Beach, FL
Villa Rosa Kitchen Remodel | Oct 2015 | Our plan with this Lutz kitchen remodel; rip out the old natural colored cabinets, formica tops, and plumbing fixtures. Then replace them with new stained maple cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel plumbing fixtures. The cabinets are Merillat, Tolani door, in maple wood with a pecan stain. | $29k | Lutz, FL
South Tampa Kitchen Remodel | Oct 2015 | This expansive remodel in South Tampa consisted of taking three rooms (living, dining, and kitchen) and combining them into one large great room. The cabinetry is a white shaker door from Woodland Cabinetry; it is the Taylor door in a White opaque finish on Maple wood. The floors are a ceramic tile designed to mimic slate. The marble she chose was Carrara/Venatino from United Materials, Inc. The 6 cm mitered island added the perfect finishing touches on this room. | $89k | Tampa, FL
Hyde Park Townhouse | Jul 2015 | The original kitchen was standard builder-grade oak cabinets with laminate flooring. Upstairs had carpeting in the bedrooms, as well as the main walk areas. Our customer picked a 5" wide plank Hickory wood floor throughout the home. The cabinetry they chose was a shaker-style, White painted cabinet from Merillat. To lighten up the home we added fresh coats of paint on all of the walls and trim, and replaced their outdated lighting with new fixtures. | $49k | Tampa, FL
Northdale Kitchen Remodel | May 2015 | Expansive remodel taking two rooms and combining them into one large gathering area. The cabinets are MidContinent in the Parsons door, Cherry wood with a Cranberry stain. The counters are finished with 3cm Giallo Ornamental and the backsplash is a 6" x 6" tumbled Ivory travertine. The flooring was a customer supplied porcelain. | $62k | Tampa, FL
Odessa Outdoor Kitchen | Mar 2015 | This outdoor kitchen project started with a welded-aluminum frame wrapped in HardieBacker cement board. HardieBacker is a board, sort of like drywall, that allows us to adhere many different finishes to the exterior of the frame. In this instance the customers chose stacked stone as their preferred finish. For a countertop, they opted for Fusion quartzite. Appliances include an Alfresco grill, True beverage center, and Scotsman nugget ice maker. | $53k | Odessa, FL
South Tampa Bathroom Remodel | Aug 2014 | One of the biggest challenges with South Tampa homes is updating to modern conveniences while keeping with the home’s historic charm. This home was built in the 1920’s and features a lot of architectural details rarely seen in today’s homes. Our project? To tackle the upstairs guest bathroom that had fallen way behind the times. Besides being outdated, the layout did not work well for the limited space. With the tub and sink right across from each other, it cut an already narrow room in half. Our solution? First, we decided to move the plumbing around in such a configuration that we could install a walk-in shower in the back portion of the room. This allowed us to place the pedestal sink next to the shower as opposed to being across from it. We replaced all of the plumbing fixtures with modern, high-efficiency products using oil rubbed bronze finishes. The tiles were selected by our homeowner from across the Atlantic; the floor tiles were a stunning geometric pattern from Germany, while the wall tiles were handcrafted white tiles from Italy. Using exposed-bulb hanging lights added to the period-specific look. Even the ceiling got a makeover, with a new tongue-and-groove wood ceiling. | $29k | Tampa, FL |
