Yes , you hired Milestone Construction Contractors, Inc. to replace your roof. after you on purpose tried to replace your commercial hotel roof with out permitting and got caught by the building department. I should have walked away when you to how you tried to get it done with out a permit. You used us to get the permit and stop the fines you were getting which we did expeditiously. Yes you gave us a deposit 1/2 of the original $10,000 and we were to start on the Monday. We showed up to start the work and as we were preparing to go to work you asked if we could come back and that was practically the last time I spoke to you for almost 3 YEARS I've called you MULTIPLE TIMES, LEFT COUNTLESS MESSAGES,STOPPED BY YOU ARE NEVER THERE.. Now almost a 1000 days/3years later you call and say hey I'm ready to do the roof like nothing has happened. We told you we cant do the job for the same price, prices on material and labor have gone up ect. This is a condense version of what happened we speak the Truth and you sir are FULL OF Malarkey. We are not thieves and we resent your false accusations. We were willing to renegotiate but you wanted to go this route. We have been in business' over 20 years and now your saying we stooped to taking peoples money. We are going to continue working installing the very best roof that we can. What we learned is when a customer doesn't respond to calls ect. send a Certified letter putting them on notice and the actions we are going to take. Thanks for the lesson good riddance.
