*DO NOT HIRE, TOOK MY DOWN PAYMENT AND DID NOT DO THE JOB, CLAIMS HE CANNOT REPAY DOWN PAYMENT, PENDING LAW SUIT* This is a warning for anyone considering hiring Carlos or his company (comprised of two young teenagers, not a real professional team). I met and hired Carlos to do a exterior stucco job and paid him my down payment on June 5th, 2023. I was excited for the project to get completed but what happened was an absolute horror story. The "team" that Carlos has working for him are not professional and maybe could be considered handymen. They showed up and began some demo work which resulted in more damage to my property then work that was done. Exterior lights were broken, porch railing broken, window screens broken, interior drywall broken. Excuse after excuse was given, the project was not being worked on even though I was being told daily that the team was going to be there to get more work done. This was supposed to be a quoted 3 week job, and after 77 days I was forced to hire a different contractor to complete the project. My property was left exposed to rain and other elements, damaged and abandoned. I truly beg that you do not hire this man. His prices are good, but what will happen will be horrible. He now claims he cannot refund any of the money that I paid him for the job, even though he didn't do the job, and we are in the process of suing trying to prevent this man from taking advantage of other people in the future.
