I used to work there.. Overpriced and the tech's are not licensed electricians. The "master" electrician thought a pool light transformer was DC.

I was having a lot of problems with the electric in my travel trailer. Terry Rooker came to my rescue. First time here, he was unsure about one aspect of the fuse box that isn't the normal kind found in most RV's and planned to send another electrician who worked on this type of thing and would be able to take care of the problem. The person he referred was going to call me the next day. When I spoke to his wife, Lisa that evening about 8:00 pm, I mentioned that the power was off again, and it was the 6th or 7th night in the dark. I use a wheelchair, so moving around in the dark is difficult. I received a call back from Lisa a few minutes later telling me that Terry was on his way to my place - he was determined not to let me go through another night in the dark. He was able to ascertain upon second look that instead of being the problem several people had suggested it might be, it was a breaker that had gone bad. He went to a nearby Home Depot, bought the part, and came back to install the new breaker. When I asked how much I owed him, Terry said, "nothing." He had figured out that my finances as a disabled senior citizen are quite tight. He told me to call him, no matter what time if the electric went out again and to call the next morning to let them know I was okay. He also said he and his wife will stay in touch with me to be sure I am not having any more problems. How many businesses do YOU know who do things like that? When I protested and wanted to pay him, at least for the part, he said, "Just pay it forward." Terry Rooker and his wife were friendly, courteous, and caring...and their employees were the same. Terry was extremely cautious to make sure I will be safe living here in what I call my "tin can." I would recommend Weather Chek Electric, Inc. to anyone who needs electrical work done. They will receive honest, accurate, professional service. I was not charged for the initial visit, and Terry told me that giving a free estimate is usually how he treats his customers.

We had an excellent experience with Weather Chek. We had issues with the company that provided the drywall work. Weather Chek went above and beyond what was required of them, to assist us in fixing issues that had been created by the drywall company. The office staff and the on sight workers were considerate and polite. The work crew responded to an issue with the relocation of a ceiling fan at 9:30 at night, which was an example of exceptional service. I would be pleased to recommend Weather Chek to anyone, needing electrical services.
