i had flooring done by them spent 6600 on flooring as a last gift from my mother was a final request form so i got it done was happy with install besides the corners of the 3/4 quarter round and joint looks like ass to me but whatever one week after install i stepped on something hard went to pick it up and there was nothing there i realized it was underneath the floor called them too see what could be done no response called again and again left voice mails explaining whats going on just wanted a answer WILL NOT PICK UP THE PHONE whos problem when that wear a hole in the floor MINE who has to pay someone too fix his fuck up me LEARN FROM MY MISTAKE DO YOUR RESEARCH AND DO NOT LET HIM IN YOUR HOUSE

Summer did a wonderful job,bringing samples over to pick out for our vinyl plank flooring! They replaced the subfloors and put down the glue. Next day Michael and crew laid down the vinyl waterproof planks. They did a horrible job,floor is far from looking smooth as ice! Large humps across floor,spaces between planks,and large hump down the hallway! They placed a plank too inches short to adjoining room,Michael told John to fix it,John cut out a 2x2 inch square and fled it down in space,instead of replacing whole plank! This was done in January 2019 in the kitchen 3 planks are coming up over the hump between kitchen and dining room! I have called Summer,left multiple messages,with no returns! I’m embarrassed to show my floor but neighbors in my community have seen my floors and have changed their minds about S&M . If you have to have subfloors done,I do not recommend this company,also they ignore the warranty on their work! Still staring at that little square! Since they are ignoring my calls,I’m gonna have to have another company fix all their screw-ups! Thanks guys 🤬

We live in a mobile home and had to have subfloors replaced,before having vinyl waterproof planks installed. Mikes crew did a good job replacing subfloors,but horrible job,smoothing out the glue on top! After MMichael

We are So happy with our new floors. Summer , Michael and his team installed a waterproof vinyl in our newly purchased home. They showed up when they said they would. We will definitely use them again.
